MinimalCopy provides professional copywriting services including but not limited to:

Social media ad copy

All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A 50% deposit is required before work begins
Final payment is due upon delivery of final materials
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered copy transfer to the client. MinimalCopy retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, proprietary data, and project details shared during our engagement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

MinimalCopy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
